In 2003, IBM and Threshold formed a unique technology alliance to create an innovative, next-generation digital animation studio that would revolutionize the animation production process. It worked. IBM has featured its alliance with Threshold in national advertising campaigns in major magazines such as Time and Fortune.
Years of development has gone into building and developing proprietary technology and 'pipeline' work flow to make computer animated movies look bigger and better and literally jump off the screen via 3-D/4-D stereoscopic technology, far more cost effectively than other studio's more traditional pipelines.
